1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LumeLine ("the Service"), operated by DarkWave Studios, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

LumeLine is an odds intelligence and transparency platform that aggregates publicly available odds data from licensed bookmakers, applies algorithmic analysis, and presents consensus predictions. LumeLine is built entirely with the Lume programming language and is part of the Trust Layer ecosystem.

3. Not Gambling Advice

LumeLine does not provide gambling advice, encourage gambling, or facilitate any wagering activity. The Service provides data transparency and analytical tools only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including any biometric authentication methods. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service's data or algorithms
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulation
• Use automated tools to access the API beyond published rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, ML models, consensus engines, anomaly detectors, and UI designs are the intellectual property of DarkWave Studios, LLC. The Lume source code powering LumeLine is proprietary.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, odds data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain delays or errors. LumeLine makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

8. Limitation of Liability

DarkWave Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Use of LumeLine is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
